Terms of use
  1. These Terms of use (hereinafter “Terms”) define the legal responsibilties between Pardodbiznesu.lv (hereinfafter “Pardodbiznesu.lv”, “us” and/or “Portal”) and User with regards to use of Portal Pardodbiznesu.lv.
  2. This Portal and related services, offered through Pardodbiznesu.lv, are offered, based on the condition that the user has read and accepted these Terms.
  3. User acknowledges and understands that Pardodbiznesu.lv provides only the enviroment, where business sellers and investors can communicate. As a result, we cannot guarantee the published data are correct, and we bear no liability of any potential losses to User/Users that could arise due to incorrect, confidential and/or misleading information.
  4. User, by using this portal, agrees to refrain from the following activities:
    - Gather e-mail and other information on other Users of Portal to send them unwanted e-mails ("spam") or perform other similar activities;
    - Publish, distribture or facilitate the use of illegal, offensive or inappropriate electronic content (incl. images, documents, etc.,);
    - Publish and distribute information which is not owned by the User or for distribution of which the User has not been authorized;
  5. User can fully delete his/her registration information from the Portal upon request, including submitted business offers, e-mail addresses etc.
  6. Any information submitted to the Portal, except the User registration information, is a public information and the User is responsible for the confidentiality of the information. In case needed, we advise Users to sign mutual confidentiality agreements. Portal does not bear any liability for communication between Users and following consequences, including incurred losses.
  7. By using the Portal and submitting the business ofers, Users agree to provide correct and actual information about their company, or about the company they are authorized to represent.
  8. Pardodbiznesu.lv agrees to do its best to ensure uninterrupted operations of the Portal, data safety and back-up, but in case the Portal has not succeeded in ensuring that, the User is not eligible to pursue any kind of loss recovery, with the only exception when Portal has breached legislation of Latvian Republic.
  9. Pardodbiznesu.lv retains its rights to delete registration information and block access to any User, not following the Terms of use.
