While working in SEB Andris has conducted restructurisation transactions of over 40 companies with the total size of the liabilities about LVL 130 million. In addition, Andris has worked in real iestate investment and transaction advisory field both in the Baltic states and Poland, as well as acted as CEO of fast food chain Kebabs Fix

Ģirts has been working as investment manager in venture capital fund Otrais Eko Fonds. Previously Ģirts worked in an international auditing company.

Jānis has 5 years experience in private equity investment field working as invesment manager in Baltcap Management, as well as finance background working in CFO positions for a number of international companies in IT and manufacturing sectors.

Mārtiņš managed EUR 7m venture capital fund Zaļās Gaismas Investīcijas, investing in 9 companies in Latvia. Previously Mārtiņš participated in creation of Riga Stock Exchange and Central Depositary, as well as worked in a number of other management positions.

Juris is supervising EUR 9m venture capital fund Otrais Eko Fonds, which has conducted 16 investment in Latvian companies. Previously Juirs worked in transaction advisory field for leading companies in Latvia, Sweden, Estonia and Icelend.
